Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
A flat fee of ₹100 is deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
All returned items go through a quality inspection. Items that do not pass will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Matcha Active reserves the right to decline returns showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage.
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Write to us at info@matchaactive.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear images of the item and the issue.
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full. No return fee applies.
Exchanges
We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, subject to stock availability.
A second exchange, or a return raised after an exchange, will attract a ₹100 fee for that request.
Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and passed inspection. The replacement is dispatched thereafter.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the item passing inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Write to us at info@matchaactive.com with your order number and the item concerned, and we will arrange a pickup. The ₹100 fee is deducted from your refund.
Prefer to self-ship? You may courier the item to our warehouse at the address below. We recommend a reliable tracked service, as Matcha Active is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
